How to Set Up IPTV After Your Free Trial

Once your trial ends, setting up a subscription takes three steps: choose your plan, receive your new access details, and enter them into the same compatible player you used during the trial. On most devices this takes a few minutes. Pick your device below for specific instructions.

What You Need Before You Start

    • Your subscription access details, sent after you choose a plan on the pricing page. Keep them private.
    • A compatible IPTV player app, ideally the one you tested during the trial.
    • A stable internet connection, a wired connection or strong 5 GHz Wi-Fi gives the steadiest results.
    • A supported device, Smart TV, streaming stick, TV box, phone, tablet or computer.

    Choose Your Device

    Choose a Compatible IPTV Player

The player is the app that reads your access details and plays the streams. We do not supply content through the app itself, it is simply a viewer.

    • Install players only from your device's official app store (Samsung, LG, Google Play, Amazon Appstore or Apple App Store).
    • Look for support for Xtream-style logins or playlist URLs, the two common login types.
    • Some players are free; others charge a small one-off or yearly licence directly through the store.
    • Avoid apps from unknown websites or file-sharing links. If a player is not in your store, choose another one that is.

    Enter Your Access Details

Most players ask for one of two login types. Your welcome message will say which to use.

    1. 1

      Username, password and server

Choose the Xtream or "login" option and enter the three fields exactly as supplied, e.g. server: [SERVER URL PROVIDED WITH YOUR ACCESS DETAILS].
    2. 2

      Playlist URL

Choose "add playlist" or "M3U URL" and paste [PLAYLIST URL PROVIDED WITH YOUR ACCESS DETAILS].
    3. 3

      Remove the old trial profile

Delete the trial entry so the app does not keep trying expired details.
    4. 4

Load the channel list and guide

The first load can take a minute while the channel list and programme guide download.

Never post your access details in public forums, reviews or social media comments.

    Check Playback Quality

Open a few live channels and something on demand. If anything stutters, work through these in order:

    • Check your network connection with a quick speed test on the same device.
    • Improve the Wi-Fi signal, move closer to the router or use a wired connection.
    • Restart the device completely, not just the app.
    • Close and reopen the player.
    • Try another supported device to see whether the issue follows the account or stays with one device.
    • Still stuck? Follow the IPTV troubleshooting checklist or contact support.

Moving From Trial to Paid Subscription

If the trial ran smoothly on your device, a paid plan will use the same setup. Compare durations on the subscription plans page, or read our IPTV cost breakdown to see how the monthly equivalents compare. Haven't tested yet? The 24-hour trial lets you check compatibility first. For anything account-related, our support team can help.

    Not tested your device yet?

Check compatibility with a 24-hour trial before choosing a plan.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Can I keep using the same app after my trial?

Usually, yes. If the player worked well during the trial, you normally only need to replace the trial access details with the details issued for your subscription.

Do I need to reinstall anything?

Not normally. Remove the old trial profile or playlist in your player, then add the new access details. Reinstalling is only worth trying if the app itself misbehaves.

Can I set up more than one device?

That depends on the plan you choose. Check the connection allowance on the pricing page before adding extra devices, and ask support if you are unsure.

What if the picture was fine on the trial but not now?

Run through the quick checks in our troubleshooting guide first, connection, app restart, device restart. If the issue continues on every device, contact support with the details listed in that guide.
